  • Analysis Data: We store the results of the AI analysis linked to your user account.
  • Contact Information: If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and the message you send.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services, including user authentication and displaying your analysis history.
  • To process your uploaded videos and generate VAR analysis reports using the Google Gemini API.
  • To communicate with you, respond to your inquiries through the contact form, and provide customer support.
  • To personalize your experience on your dashboard.

3. Data Handling and Storage

  • Video Processing: Uploaded videos are temporarily processed to perform the VAR check. They are sent to the Google Gemini API for analysis and are not stored permanently on our servers or shared publicly.
  • Data Storage: Your user information, analysis results, and contact submissions are securely stored in Firebase Firestore. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
  • Data Retention: We retain your analysis history for your convenience. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data in the following circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: We use Google Gemini API to process videos. This processing is subject to Google's privacy policies.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
